Charges Dismissed Against Larry Sinclair

Remember when Larry Sinclair was hauled away in handcuffs in June after a D.C. press conference at the National Press Club where he laid out sex and drug allegations against Sen. Barack Obama? And remember how those charges stemmed from a sealed grand jury indictment obtained by Delaware Attorney General Joe Biden, III, son of Sen. Joe Biden, Obama's vice presidential pick, who had ordered Sinclair arrested and extradited to his state to face a dispute over a few hundred dollars? Sinclair is now reporting that the charges brought by Attorney General Biden against him have been dropped for lack of evidence. Coincidental? Mission accomplished? Here's a summary of the court docket form Sinclair's case:

forgive my ignorance, but did Larry attend the Sept. 11 2008 trial, or does closing a case mean there is no trial set in motion?
