Better Poll Numbers for Gov. Daniels

Gov. Mitch Daniels posted the highest favorable rating he has seen in quite some time in a recent poll conducted by Brian Vargus' Marketing Informatics according to Jim Shella's Political Blog.

The poll, which was conducted before the State of the State address, gives Daniels a positive approval rating of 50.8% compared to 35.9% who disapprove of his job as Governor. The same poll put President Bush's approval behind Daniels at 43%.
