Dems Try To Toss Judge's Ballot In District 26 Recount

So eager are Democrats to overturn Republican Randy Truitt's 26-vote election day win over Democrat John Polles that they challenged a ballot cast by Tippecanoe County Superior Court Judge Michael Morrisey, saying the signature didn't match his registration signature. That challenge compelled the Republican judge to submit a letter to Republican attorneys working on the recount to verify that he voted and the signature was his according to the Lafayette Courier's Dorothy Schneider. Democrat attorneys complain that poll books weren't used on election day to compare a voter's signature with a prior sample so Democrats are requesting a signature comparison for each voter. I'm not quite sure how you challenge these votes. How would you know which ballot already counted on election day was attributable to a particular voter?
