UPDATED: WRTV says four persons are in police custody currently being questioned about Blackburn's murder. The suspects were taken into custody at two different locations where police served search warrants, including an apartment complex on the city's northeast side. WRTV also says a spokesman for IMPD denies reports Blackburn was the victim of a sexual assault. Davey Blackburn was interviewed by Inside Edition today. He's apparently down in Anderson, South Carolina. The interview was done in the NewSpring mega church of his mentor, Perry Noble.

Davey Blackburn is sickening me. He's dancing on Amanda's grave as he enjoys his 15 minutes of fame doing interviews on all of these national TV shows with wardrobe changes in between multiple interviews in the last day alone. This man shows no sadness whatsoever over the loss of his wife and unborn child. The coverage by the Star and the local TV stations is completely lacking in any objective perspective.

I don't know who is advising Pastor Blackburn but the feedback to him nationally is universally negative. Surely he knows this yet he just can't help himself. You have a camera? Let's talk. Here's my card! I'm convinced that law enforcement think he's involved. I'm not so sure he isn't. This is the most macabre thing I think I've ever seen. He actually appears gleeful that this has happened. I know we all grieve differently but it appears this guy doesn't grieve at all. Blackburn's positioning himself as just another in a long line of indistinguishable charlatans claiming to do God's work.
I think the statistics tell us it's the spouse in about 35% of the cases, anon. 6:01.
Pastor Blackburn is a sociopath
I know if someone killed my wife, the last thing in the world I'd be doing is granting interviews with the media. This guy shows absolutely NO grief. I'd be driven to a state of insanity. You're right, ABB Swallows, this guy is a sociopath!
Pastor? His behavior says otherwise. This guy is a complete sociopath - reminds me of Scott Peterson, who murdered his pregnant wife. The more he does the talk show circuit, the more I'm convinced he's involved. Didn't someone mention a "babysitter"?
