Anything Goes Legal Advertising In Texas

I'm glad some attorneys, somewhere, get to practice freedom. In Indiana, whatever a big firm does with advertising is fine, and whatever a small firm does is a violation.

Ads like this are good for legal consumers.

It frankly doesn't bother me. It's the result of a saturation of the legal market and a young attorney who wants to stand out in a crowded field. I found the ad humorous. The publicity and business he gets from it is probably worth every penny he spent on it.

Indianapolis lawyers steal your money and betray your confidences without showy advertising.

Oh, how I love this commercial! It has it ALL!

This is actually somewhat entertaining. I've seen much, much worse. But when we start to try to limit attorney advertising, we inevitably overcompensate for a problem that doesn't exist.

He looks like a young Owen Wilson.

Hilarious!

Although in Indiana the redneck cop instead of giving the chick a tube he'd drop his trousers and tell her to blow.

So...for the layman..."don't blow"?

So.."Don't blow"?..Noted, best attorney commercial ever. Beats "hammer" in a c-collar!!

RT Green's and Ken Nunn's commercials
are subtle and sophisticated compared to this guy's TV ads. A large Florida personal injury lawfirm (Morgan & Morgan) has already opened offices in Kentucky so is Indiana next?
