One day after his abrupt resignation from the Indiana House of Representatives where he served as Majority Leader, State Rep. Jud McMillin (R-Brookville)
took to Facebook to blast critics whom he says "spew hatred." McMillin admitted "making mistakes," an apparent reference to a sex video sent from his cell phone after he says it was stolen, and that he is working with his family to remedy those mistakes. The full statement McMillin posted on Facebook reads:
"I make mistakes. When I do, regardless of how big or small they are, I do my best to admit them, own up to it, and then start doing my best to remedy them. That's what I am doing right now with my family. With that being said I will never understand the need for some people to spew hatred. I hope it makes those people feel better about themselves because there is no other discernable (sic) benefit. What a sad place for society to be. On the other hand, I am constantly amazed at how good hearted so many people are. The outpouring of support I have received from so many gives me faith and hope in humanity as a whole. To those who choose this path, I encourage you to maintain your approach not only towards those you agree with and like, but towards those you disagree with as well. This is the only approach that can possibly help make the world a better place."

However, feel free to continue spewing hatred yourself until such time as you get caught doing something you campaigned against - only then are you free to attack hatred spewers...
Well isn’t that special. So this rabid mover and shaker GOP politician at the top of his leadership in the Indiana Statehouse, absolutely full of loathing for the gay community, ranting and railing against loving gay couples who want to marry is a full out pervert cheating creep. And of course, a devout Christian. That goes without saying. But lets analyze it one more time. It again demonstrates that the only REAL Christian value appears to be hypocrisy. I guess as long as he was fantasizing about a woman while riding that dildo it must be A-Ok with God. And he still believes in “traditional marriage” although dildo play in his butt is somehow more godly than than the gays when Republican leadership are doing it.
From his campaign website in 2011: "I will protect the integrity of the institution of marriage. I believe that a marriage is a union of a man and a woman before their peers, government, and most importantly, God."
A union held together tightly! Like string around an office chair!
I guess what's really important to know here is that if your phone is stolen in Canada it will get found and returned in 24 hours.
The only reason thieves steal them in the first place is to send out photos and videos of you. Once they've done that, they just turn them in to the police. Is he also apologizing for the whole “Canada” story? Because Canadians are upset.
Lets recap his recent sins, shall we.
1. Stealing money from his college baseball team and getting kicked out of Ball State “for stealing parking lot fees.”
2. Banging one of his clients, a domestic abuse victim.
3. Funneling government contracts to a business he has a financial interest in.
4. Taking photos of himself riding a dildo, despite being rabidly anti-gay, and sharing those with Everybody.
5. Cheating on his wife yet again, videos of which were sent to his contact list.
6. and that State Park thing: “after word leaked back to McMillin’s boss about the incident in the state park…”
This is the face of your Indiana Statehouse Supermajority. And he rides a dildo, photographs it, and sends it to women.
Why isn't Natasha wearing a wedding ring in the photo?
Does a guy using a dildo make him gay, or does he have to have sex with another guy?
He's right. It's hard not to notice that the people who screech the loudest about hatred are consumed with it themselves.
It is interesting to see that many GOP leaders are so PROGRESSIVE.
Sounds like a comment from the press book of Thomas McDermott Jr., empty and hollow.
Someone should ask Jud why he retained Larry Mackey for a criminal matter a few years back...and it has nothing to do with anything in anon11:45's very thorough list. Pay your taxes Jud?
The story made the “front page” of “the daily beast” this morning. They report “McMillin, a Republican who helped pass a 2015 “religious freedom” law allowing businesses to ban gay customers, claimed that his phone had been “out of my control for about 24 hours” after being stolen in Canada. Unfortunately for McMillin, it’s perfectly legal for someone to distribute a pornographic video of him without his consent. That’s because, as a member of the House Committee on Courts and Criminal Code, McMillin helped block a bill that would criminalize revenge porn in Indiana.
This is McMillin’s second time resigning an office over explicit photos of himself. In 2005, he stepped down from his role as an assistant prosecutor, after pursuing a relationship with Crystal Stapleton, a domestic violence victim whose boyfriend had he been prosecuting.
“McMillin began to text message me on my phone and send me photographs of himself which he took with his cell phone and sent to my cell phone,” Stapleton later testified in court. “The photographs he sent to me were sexual in nature as were my photographs.”
According to the Bilerico Report, McMillin’s photos depicting him masturbating and using a dildo. These photos were submitted and quickly sealed as court evidence.
If someone were to distribute these pictures in Indiana, they would be within their legal right to do so.
Ugh! but amusing, "After Republican activist Denise Moe criticized the legislature for “spewing hate” toward gays and lesbians, McMillin shot back with the following Facebook post on Wednesday:
Ahhh the freedom of having the gloves off J Denise please point to one, just one instance anywhere where I said a single negative thing about the LGBT community. You can't, and you're continued negative comments are the damn problem. No one wants to discriminate. All I have ever advocated is that EVERYONE deserves equal protection under the law. Now you want to create ‘special protections’ under the law for a certain group. Special protections under the law cannot result in equal protection under the law. If you stopped with your ridiculous politically motivated talking points for just one second you would be forced to acknowledge this. But you don't, because dispite your claims that you are for ‘zero discrimination’ acknowledging the truth would expose you for exactly what you are: someone who is actually advocating for laws that will give a group the ability to discriminate against anyone who doesn't believe exactly what they believe. And you use fear mongering and hatred to advance this agenda. You, Denise, are either not smart enough to see this or nafarious enough that you know and don't care. Either way you are a danger to the freedoms that allow this country to be the best country in the world." I think this is the lady so concerned that there are not enough pedophiles in Carmel...or some such disconnection concerning "discrimination".
