Beau Biden Dead At 46

Beau Biden, the eldest son of Vice President Joe Biden, died yesterday at the age of 46 after losing his battle with brain cancer. Biden, a former federal prosecutor who served a tour of duty in Iraq as a JAG officer in the Delaware National Guard, served two terms as Delaware's Attorney General. Biden had survived a fatal car accident in 1972 in which his mother and a younger sister was killed a month before Biden was to be sworn in as a newly-elected U.S. Senator.

I wonder if Biden would have voted for the unpatriotic Patriot Act. Today, once again the Senate will be voting for or against, so please ask out two toady senators to change their mind, and vote with Senator Rand Paul, against at least the portion of it about surveillance by America's version of the Stasi, against we the people, and NOT as Pres. Obama is asking them to do, vote against Hoosierism.

Please, everybody write or call our two Hoosier senators, and ask them to stand with Kentucky's finest senator, the son of the Honorable Ron Paul, and vote for liberty. Obama has declared war on us, and is demanding that Sen. Dan Coats and Sen. Joe Donnelly stand with his bureaucracy, and not with free Hoosiers.

In the past ten years I many times wrote, called, and emailed our Indiana Senators and Congresspersons- and Senators and Congresspersons of other states -when I cared passionately about an issue or issues as I do regarding the awful Patriot Act. I know that DC politicians usually only respond to constituency in their states. As far as writing Congressman Carson and our Indiana Senators (the liberal Lugar included), I completely wasted my energy and resources. Their wishy-washing responses candy-coated the reasons they were doing to vote as they wanted or they tried hard to straddle the fence. They voted as they wanted even when my call for a particular way to vote was the majority sentiment according to credible polls. Attorney Susan Brooks is one of the worst because she kisses the ass of establishment RINO John Boehner any and every time she can and she votes any way he tells her to vote. How this middle-aged woman from the hinterlands of the Hoosir State can represent the 5th Congressional District can only be due to the long-range planning and cunning of her attorney husband David Brooks. If Susan Brooks is a true conservative, unicorns roam Eagle Creek and Turkey Run parks.

I fear far too many voters haven't even a clue how the Democrats "strengthened" the Patriot Act- and act they once complained about when pushed by George Bush- and by "strengthen" I mean they more strongly eviscerated our American freedoms. The US is no longer a Republic but a soft police State in which we are constantly bombarded about "issues" that affect so very few to divert our attention from what the political class is doing. Democrats and Republican establishment politicians lie to their constituency to get elected and then do whatever the hell they want.

While it is sad to hear the emperor of all diseases take another person, this was a public figure who was hiding his illness from his constituents. It reminds me of the pack of lies the late Julia Carson and her followers perpetuated. I do not find lying to those you say you serve to pass your seat to another family member as if it was a kingdom not the Republic we are.

Biden wasn't diagnosed with cancer until two years ago, well into his second term of office and was able to complete his second term. I assume he believed when he announced he was going to run for governor next year he believed he had beaten the disease.

Regardless of your feelings about VP Biden's politics, it's just a damn shame he's burying a second child.
