One Reporter Is Talking About Jeb's CIA Past

There's very few true investigative reporters left in the United States who aren't on the payroll of the military/industrial complex and Wayne Madsen is one of those guys. Madsen told you nearly a decade ago about then-House Speaker Dennis Hastert's horrific past as a pedophile while working as high school teacher and wrestling coach, while other reporters scoffed at his reporting. He's the only reporter who bothered to research Barack Obama and his reputed family members to uncover their extensive ties to the CIA, which would foretell a foreign policy he would pursue indistinguishable from his predecessor, George W. Bush. And he's one of the few investigative journalists who has doggedly reported former President George H.W. Bush's ties to the intelligence agency long before he was named its director, including his ties to the Bay of Pigs fiasco and ensuing assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Not surprisingly, the mainstream media amidst the announcement of yet another Bush family member laying claim to the White House is not reporting what Madsen has uncovered about Jeb Bush's ties to the CIA dating back to his first job fresh out of college after earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in two and a half years. It seems Jeb (real name "John Ellis") may have been working under non-official cover ("NOC") for the CIA when he landed his first real job at the age of 24 as a branch manager and vice-president for the Texas Commerce Bank in Caracas, Venezuela, a job he landed with more than a little help from Pappy Bush. TCB was founded by his father's old pal, James Baker, and included among its board members the likes of former President Gerald Ford, Lady Bird Johnson and even the infamous Ken Lay. Madsen uncovered a letter Jeb wrote to Robert Gambino, then-Director of Security for the CIA on June 7, 1977 following an extensive briefing he received from Gambino while working for TCB in Venezuela. TCB was the primary lender Bush's Zapata Offshore Oil relied upon for loans. Three of its ships were loaned to the CIA to covertly carry out the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion, code named Operation Zapata.

Madsen observes that TCB sold a skyscraper that housed its bank headquarters in Houston to Sheik Khalid bin Mahfouz, the head of the National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia in 1985. Mahfouz, who lived in the same Houston neighborhood as the elder former president, has been linked to Osama bin Laden and the network supporting the 9/11 terrorists, just one of many juicy tidbits that remain undisclosed in 28 classified pages of a Senate Intelligence Committee report on 9/11. Mahfouz died suddenly at the age of 59 in 2009. Madsen has a lot more about Jeb's nefarious work in Venezuela and the very bad company he kept there and when he later moved to South Florida to launch his meteoric real estate career and his own political career with more help from his daddy's old CIA hands. Read more about Madsen's reporting the mainstream media doesn't want you to know about by clicking here. Madsen never disappoints. The Justice Center Project's Andrew Krieg has more here, which is worth a gander as well.

Thanks. Good Info. People don't realize how evil the Bush family is, because their real past is never covered in mainstream news. I hope the veil gets pulled off of these crime families and more people see what they really are.

Institute for Public Affairs, which publishes In These Times, and Mad Cow Morning News and many more exist. Been around for quite some time. Homework time.

Old man Bush was the CIA agent in charge during the Bay of Pigs, and was furious at President Kennedy when the requested military was denied by Kennedy as the raid on Cuba started! Oh by the way Old man Bush was in Dallas on November 22, 1963.
It was well known the Mafia, the CIA, Jack Ruby, and Lee Oswald had a relationship with the CIA! coincidence?, there are none in Washington!

The Founders' Republic is long gone and most (legal) Americans have no clue of the system which rules their lives. The United States is actually now a police state where both liberal Dems and RINO Repubs continue to erase the few Constitutional rights of the citizens. Left liberals are the most clueless- having no real understanding of how they are played by national and transnational special interests who use them as divisive chits in a war against decent people and Establishment Repubs don't care one way or the other as long as their cronies and themselves "get theirs".

Whether it is George Soros or the Bush family members (or the Clintons or the Kennedys or the Feinseins or the Pelosis), Balzac nails it: "The secret of a great success for which you are at a loss to account is a crime that has never been found out, because it was properly executed."

Proved news resources like Wayne Madsen (and even AI) are mocked in Saul Alinsky-fashion when they present the truth... often the truth is very hard to believe even when coupled with facts.

Reminds me in a way of the great movie "Usual Suspects" the smoke screens, lies and manipulations.

JFK made a peace speech on June 10, 1963 at American University. Here is an excerpt - "What kind of peace do I mean and what kind of a peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war. Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, and the kind that enables men and nations to grow, and to hope, and build a better life for their children—not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women, not merely peace in our time but peace in all time."

"Today the expenditure of billions of dollars every year on weapons acquired for the purpose of making sure we never need them is essential to the keeping of peace. But surely the acquisition of such idle stockpiles—which can only destroy and never create—is not the only, much less the most efficient, means of assuring peace. I speak of peace, therefore, as the necessary, rational end of rational men.

"The United States, as the world knows, will never start a war. We do not want a war. We do not now expect a war. This generation of Americans has already had enough—more than enough—of war and hate and oppression." Khrushchev said of JFK's speech - "the greatest speech by any American President since Roosevelt" to Undersecretary of the State Averell Harriman

Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty was signed into law on October 7, 1963. We know what happened to JFK in November 1963, Khrushchev was replaced in October 1964.

GWB was putty in the hands of Cheney, Rumsfeld, and the other NEO-CONs, not that things have changed much under Obama.

And yet knowing Obama's background as well as he does, Madsen still advised his readers in certain strategic states, that they should vote for Obama, in an effort to defeat Romney. A true Marxist firster, Wayne is, as was his family on his father's side.
