Carson: Muslims Are America's Biggest Allies In Fighting Terrorism

Indiana's U.S. Rep. Andre Carson (D), the newest member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence, tells the government propaganda newspaper that Muslims are allies, not part of the problem in combating terrorism. "I’ve said time and time again that one of the biggest allies our intelligence has is the Muslim community. They know their communities better than anyone," Carson told the Indianapolis Star's Maureen Groppe. "I just had a meeting with the FBI and (the National Security Agency) and Justice Department, and we were talking about the efforts that the Muslim community has really contributed collectively in terms of thwarting potential attacks that you’ll never even hear about in the media," he said.

Groppe's story goes on to tout Carson's former work for the Indiana's Fusion Center within the state's Department of Homeland Security, a post created for him by former Gov. Mitch Daniels to bolster his thin resume as an excise officer as he was groomed to succeed his dying grandmother, the late Rep. Julia Carson (D). "Carson, who helped analyze data at Indiana’s fusion center, said they create a place for building trust and intelligence sharing," Groppe writes. "So I’ve met with the Department of Homeland Security, I’ve met with my colleagues in Congress, urging them to keep these centers open," he said. Carson claims he became interested in the law when he was arrested at a mosque at the age of 17 when police entered it without probable cause.

Former U.S. Rep. Lee Hamilton, co-chair of the 9/11 Whitewash Commission, who now serves as an adviser to the CIA, vouched for Carson. "The intelligence committee deals with top national security issues and has very good access to highly classified information," Hamilton said. "You want somebody that can be trusted. "It’s obvious that the Democratic leadership thinks he meets that requirement." This quote from Hamilton is particularly laughable: "They are very good at co-opting members of the intelligence committee," Hamilton said of intelligence agencies. "I think (Carson) will not be co-opted." As if Hamilton wasn't co-opted when he participated in the 9/11 cover up. Let's be serious. This is all for public consumption. Carson is playing a role in a made-for-TV show, which happens to be one that casts him as a Muslim member of Congress.

Until the Warvengelicals stop being duped by AIPAC and Mossad, this circle of violence will continue. They need to read from the good book of Prof. Robert Pape rather than the Right Rev. Limbuagh and realize that US military actions on behalf of the military-industrial complex and the 51st state of Israel have consequences.

"Carson" and "intelligence" in the same sentence is the funniest dang thing.

I sometimes think he has bigger plans and pray (to whatever God you want) the state and country are not as foolish as the residents of district 5
