Democrats Hit The Country Club Politics Of Mayor Greg Ballard
Marion County Democrats have launched yet another negative Internet ad attacking the policies of Mayor Greg Ballard, who has abandoned virtually every campaign promise he made to the Tea Party supporters who put him in office in 2007 and has provided the Democrats with all of the ammunition they need to sink the fortunes of the Republican Party in Indianapolis for many years to come. I would say it's time to wake up, Mayor Ballard, but I think it's a little too late for that.

This is the most retarded ad ever. I mean, I get the point, but the execution is piss poor.
I think it was inended to be a cheaply produced ad and appears as such. (I assume the audio problems I had on my link are just some sort of computer glitch.) But cheaply produced ads can also be very effective.
It hits all the right issues for the Democrats. It's more an overview of the issues to come. What the Ds will do is to take those issues and expand them out into individual spots.
They picked up on all the issues that I thought they would...even hit the Pacers, which actually that was a surprise. I thought they would avoid that because of the Simons supporting Ds so much.
Gary, the sad irony is that if we get a democrat in office, there is no guarantee that the problem won't be even worse.
I am praying that someone with a strong executive background, who is independent, will approach the Libertarians about running for mayor.

Pray tell how could it be worse than it is with Ballard? Ballard is the most reckless, out of control spender who has ever occupied the Mayor's office, including Bart Peterson.
