Here is the caricature supporters of Sen. Barack Obama chose to portray him as in today's Circle City Pride parade.

My wife knows the artist that made the giant OBAMA head, it used to be Reggie Miller.

Hm.. Gary. I didn't see much McCain stuff, nor Ballard, nor even see Jon Elrod. Was he not available either?

Amazing that a Presidential Candidate has enough supporters to even organize a separate booth as well as a parade entry. I also heard LOUD applause all along the route for this group. Maybe the vaunted disunity in the Dem family is not so much.

Do you have a picture of John McCain's supporters who walked in the parade?

No, John McCain did not have an entry in the parade. Jon Elrod was at the LRC's booth in the afternoon for awhile.

Thanks for sharing, Ed. I recall seeing the Reggie head around.

I doubt they had to change the Obama's heads ears when they converted it from Reggie Miller.

Those volunteers worked their ass off all day long, and I'm proud to have worked beside them. Is there something that offends you of that caricature?

How's the accidental mayor working out for ya? I was so glad to see his volunteers there...oh wait...that's right, there were none. Didn't you claim that he was friendly to our community? Gotta hand it to ya Gary, you're the great Kreskin of Indianapolis!

If a group of Obama protestors had showed up using that same head, I can only imagine the outcry we would have heard from the Obama supporters.
