More Than 2,000 Super Bowl Tickets Still Available
It's hard to believe so many tickets would be available at this late date, particularly given the record number of fans who've poured into Indianapolis' Super Bowl Village over the past week to partake in the festivities surrounding this year's Super Bowl game, but ticket brokers reported that more than 2,000 tickets were for sale with less than 24 hours to go before the big event. Ticket broker Stub Hub told WRTV that "Indianapolis was a harder destination to sell than Miami or Dallas." People who wait until the last minute to purchase the tickets are getting a much better bargain as prices for tickets in the secondary market fall. Stub Hub reports selling prices per ticket more than $1,000 per ticket cheaper than tickets sold two weeks ago.
