Brizzi Gets TV News Contract

I was watching a Fox59 News report earlier this evening on Marion Co. Prosecutor Terry Curry's decision to throw out the charges filed against IMPD Officer David Bisard for recklessly causing the death of motorcyclist Eric Wells and to bring new charges accusing Bisard of driving under the influence when he crashed into Wells' motorcycle in his police cruiser at a high rate of speed. Fox59 News reported that former Marion Co. Prosecutor Carl Brizzi declined to comment to them about Curry's decision because he was now under contract to provide commentary to another local TV station. How disgusting. I would urge a boycott of whatever TV station is so morally warped it would turn to Brizzi for legal commentary. WIBC continues to insult its listeners by allowing this embarrassment to the legal profession to host his "Crime Beat" show on Saturday afternoons. WIBC's parent company, Emmis Communications, is bleeding cash badly and is in danger of being de-listed from being traded publicly because its stock price continues to trade below $1, but it still has bucks to spare for a disgraced former prosecutor.
Update: The award for the morally warped TV station that hired Brizzi goes to WISH-TV. Here is Brizzi getting paid to defend his judgment as the former prosecutor in the Bisard case. I can't say I'm surprised it's WISH-TV.

In case you were thinking Brizzi simply refused to offer comment to Fox59 News because of all of the hard-hitting investigative pieces Russ McQuaid did on the corruption in his office, think again. He refused to comment to WRTV-6 News as well, citing his contract with WISH-TV:

Brizzi told WISH-TV, where he now serves as a legal analyst, that he believes Curry is taking a risk by bringing back in the blood draw evidence. He said the move could be seen as political, and that it could cause the jury to question the handling of the overall investigation.

Brizzi declined to comment on the case to 6News, citing his exclusive contract with another television station.

The television station is Wish-TV. Brizzi was on there earlier today explaining his decision to drop the charges.

Don't they already have a tv program called Lie To Me?

The readers may notify WISH parent company, LIN at:

to let LIN know what a poor decision their station manager made.

Waste of time, Indy4U2C. WISH-TV's management does not care what its viewers think.

WISH-TV = Brizzi + Shella, two sell-outs without personal integrity.

Maybe their advertisers will care. Start making a list.

They will do anything to beat WTHR in the ratings at Channel 8. I'm surprised that we haven't seen then bring in a 20-year-old co-ed to give the nearly naked weather forecast yet.

Lin Media is traded under the symbol TVN. They have a group of analysts that follow them. Feel free to send Diana Vice's post on Brizzi to every single executive and analyst that follows Lin and ask them what bonehead would make a decision like this?

Is this the same WISH-TV that employs Jim "The Shill" Shella, the mouthpiece for the left?

Read Diana-vice.blogspot.com for the other big scoop on Brizzi. Unbelievable!

Yes, this decision to hire the piggy Brizzi, is just too much to handle, and since channel 8 and channel 59 were the only two television news teams that refused to cooperate with Ed Treacy's planned use of the media to succer punch me in my last months in office, I have been respectful of the two of them. I will now stick with 59, and with channel 6,because it did get rid of the male co-host who took it upon himself to denigrate me, and his replacement is great. I will never forgive the set-up artist who disrupted the Surveyor's Office, Scott McNally of channel 13, and showed up with camera, in my backyard, at 5p on a Friday, and showed a doctored tape to the innocent viewers.

Now, let me tell you a story about a personal experience I had with shyster Brizzi, when I represented a dentist (since retired) in Washington Township Small Claims Court, who sued his sister for thousands of dollars of dental work she had provided for his neices. On the day of the scheduled hearing, who of all people should appear, along with the defendant, his sister, but Carl and his mother. In the lobby, Carl proceeded to inform me that his sister was on welfare, not in a position to be garnished if I won a judgment (in other words, a deadbeat), and that furthermore, he was a deputy prosecutor (under Newman) assigned to grand jury investigations. His mother stood behind him grinning at me the entire time. My client got the message, loud and clear, and not trusting that any good, but possibly harm, could come from me filing a charge against him, I let it drop. Evil too often in Indy, prospers.
