Ballard Hosting High-Priced Fundraiser At Lucas Estate In Carmel
Mayor Greg Ballard continues to raise money as if he's planning to run for re-election to a third term. He's hosting a fundraiser at the Forrest Lucas estate in Carmel on October 1 where most of his pay-to-play backers reside. Sponsors and hosts are putting up between $1,000 to $5,000 a couple to put on the affair for VIPs. The lowest price tickets cost $100 for a general reception where the plebes will be admitted. The fundraising solicitation indicates that Marty Obst, the GOP fundraiser tainted by his association with John Bales, is responsible for putting on the affair.
Boycott businesses associated with the donors.
ReplyDeleteProbably trying to raise funds for a future legal defense fund. Those ignorant hicks on the 25th floor have lowered the bar so low that its going to take a lot of work to restore integrity to local government. Its probably time to dismantle the Marion county GOP.
