  1. Very true. Conservatism is about the induvidual and his power of choice. Many people forfeit this choice because they don't want to take responsibilty for their lives. It's much easier to blame others for what happens to you and then want government to swoop in to take care of you.

    Government has a real function in our nation but the bigger it gets the lazier people tend to become. They think less and do less because big government does more for them, and in the process they are forfeiting a chance at more personal growth and fulfillment.

  2. I turned down an invitation to be there, but caught alot of CPAC on Fox News. Great speeches by all. 2 thumbs up to anyone as young as 13 who understand founding values.
