60 Minutes Goes Truther On 9/11

At the risk of being dubbed a conspiracy theory nut, former Florida Sen. Bob Graham (D), who chaired the Senate's inquiry into 9/11, has complained for several years now about 28 pages of information redacted from the 9/11 Commission Report, which show deep ties between the 19 terrorists accused of hijacking airliners and flying them into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and the Saudi government. Last night, "60 Minutes" devoted a segment to the 28 redacted pages in the 9/11 report. Several 9/11 Commission members echoed Graham's call for the release of the information, including former Navy Secretary John Lehman, former Sen. Bob Kerrey (D-NE) and former U.S. Rep. Tim Roemer (D-IN). A fellow Hoosier who served with Roemer on the 9/11 Commission, former U.S. Rep. Lee Hamilton (D-IN), is not among those calling for the release of the redacted information. He now works as an adviser to the CIA.  Saudi Arabia has long been viewed as a close ally of the U.S. Its ruling family, the House of Saad, haa been accused of being nothing more than puppet of the CIA. It would have been much more difficult for the government to defend against claims that 9/11 was an inside job if the American public knew our government's chief proxy in the Middle East was behind the 19 hijackers blamed for carrying out the terrorist attacks.

Mr. tin foil hat here again, I've got a twist to the 9/11 theory, The Clinton Admin was involved in following the 19 hijackers with the pentagon, it was called ops: Able Danger: It was headed by Deputy AG, Jamie Gorelick, she along with several Pentagon military officers ran this operation, then all of the sudden in 2000 Gorelick was told from the White House to shut down the operation, we know the rest of the story.
Here's the interesting part of Ms. Gorelick, she was placed on the 9/11 commission, and was able to keep any documentation of Operation Able Danger from entering the record, thus tainting the legacy of President Clinton. As a reward for her silence President GW. Bush nominated her to the New York Federal Reserve. Party lines don't seem to matter with regards to 9/11.

There's been a lot of disinformation. From a lot of different directions. And our inability to get those 28 pages released is a travesty. Saudi money has not always supported our geopolitical interests, and there is almost certainly scandal afoot. And our reliance on the Saudis may wane over the years. We're dug in militarily with the fleet over there, so we can't walk. But these 28 pages aren't going to support the wacko 9-11 theories about our blowing up our own buildings or being complicit in the planning. Its enough of a shock to follow some of the Saudi money trail. Remember Bin Laden was from a prominent Saudi family. Its a den of thieves. The whole middle east is a quagmire we'd be best advised to stay away from. I say our new found independence from their oil ought to give us ample reason to pull every man out of there and let them all go to the devil.

Doesn't anyone else find the following odd? 9/11 Happens. The CnC responds by sitting on his ass for crucial minutes during the attacks. Subsequently what follows is an endless looting of the treasury under the leadership of both parties. We've spent billions on endless wars. We've spent billions in creating a new cyber security apparatus. Every American citizen is under the watchful eye and scrutiny of the PTB and MIC. Rights and freedoms are quickly acquiesced by the American population in the name of security and against the enemy known as AQ......

Only to find out we've been selling arms to AQ in Libya,Syria and the ME.

I'm of the mind AQ has been "friend" and ally to those members of the PTB that have facilitated this looting.

I saw the piece. My take was the 28 pages show the Saudi's are not our friends.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

When the families of victims of 911 brought a lawsuit against The House of Saud, none other than James Baker III came to the rescue to represent The House of Saud.

Also keep in mind, the five dancing Israelis.
