ABC News has a bombshell story about a high school student whose family members claim former House Speaker Dennis Hastert sexually abused him throughout his four years of high school where Hastert served as a teacher and wrestling coach. The alleged victim, Steve Reinboldt, who was gay, died of AIDS in 1995. Reinboldt's sister, Jolene Burdge, says she first learned of her brother's sexual abuse in 1979 before Hastert first entered politics.

Her brother had been out of school for eight years when he first came out to her as being gay and told her his first sexual experience was with Hastert. Reinboldt had served as the wrestling team's equipment manager all four years of high school. “He took his belief in himself and his kind of right to be a normal person,” Jolene said. “Here was the mentor, the man who was, you know, basically his friend and stepped into that parental role, who was the one who was abusing him… He damaged Steve I think more than any of us will ever know.”

Jolene had tried for years on previous occasions to expose Hastert's sexual abuse of her brother by reaching out to news organizations, including ABC News without success. She said she was angered when Hastert showed up to her brother's funeral visitation. Investigative reporter Wayne Madsen wrote during the 2006 House page scandal that Hastert had sexually abused high school aged-boys from his time at Yorkville High School, but his reporting was dismissed derisively by other members of the mainstream media at the time.

The first time anyone formally agreed to sit down and discuss her brother's case with her was when FBI agents called and asked to discuss it with her just weeks ago.“That’s when I just kind of lost it and said, 'Oh my God, I can’t believe – I never thought I was going to get this phone call… I thought it was over,'” she said. The man at the center of the probe involving hush money Hastert paid to the victim has yet to be identified.

Wayne Madsen is one of those "conspiracy theory" guys who the establishment likes to ignore but is nonetheless right a lot.

Madsen fully believes Lindsey Graham is gay.

America needs to dump the establishment media and find the good independent folks.

Don't be niave to think the local regional and federal authorities ever have your special interests and fears in mind as a victim. And this is a long list of local, regional, state, and federal folk. Everyday walk of life folk that have are in your life...dr's teachers, associates and more. It is one huge web. Some hope you mysteriously disappear before that really does happen or word is mum and things are covered up for ever until brave souls start digging and talking louder.

What a surprise that news sources such as WND- often bitterly mocked by left liberal Democrats- scoop mindless mainstream news media by years- and now we see even the broadcast news rushing late to the party. And while the angle of predatory sexual behavior is huge, so too is yet another revelation how people like Hastert (and Reid, and Pelosi, and Feinstein, and Wasserman-Schultz...oh, and the Clintons!) enter politics many times dead broke but leave the crooked career choice so very, very wealthy. Now we know just how Hastert could plan to pay off a snitch in the sums of millions and millions of dollars: Hastert used his political connections and his back room deals with cronies to create a huge fortune.

Someone once said that behind every great fortune is a crime. I believe it.

All the liberal Democrat and RINO Republicans enjoy health and bennie perks and income vastly above what we honest, everyday, hardworking, play by the law and the rules people could ever hope to amass.

Down with the ruling liberal Democrat and Establishment Republican political class!!!

  4. The very, very sad part to all this is Steve Reinboldt, for some reason seemed to have no one to turn to. I would suspect Reinboldt was not the only person Hastert molested.

I am confused. How do they know that Hastert is paying hush money for sexual misconduct if they don't know where the money went. Maybe they're looking for a victim of sexual misconduct to cover up some other scandal that could get bigger people in trouble.

  6. The feds know the recipient of the money. The victim told federal investigators Hastert paid the money to him to remain silent about the past sexual abuse. Hastert allegedly lied to the feds about the payment to the man.

Why I call it Sodom-on-the-Potomac. Lew Rockwell linked to a theory these despicable rise to the top precisely because they are vulnerable. The real powers-to-be use the vulnerabilities to get their way, then they spit them out. Along the lines, Mossad knew about Clinton and Lewinsky. Sadly, the Clintons are still in the game.
