Supreme Court Finalists' Interview Before The Judicial Nominating Commission
The Indiana Law Blog provided links to the video recordings of the three finalists chosen by the Judicial Nominating Commission to be considered by Gov. Mitch Daniels for appointment to the vacancy on the Supreme Court created by the retirement of Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr. The audio isn't the best. You'll need to turn the volume up pretty high to hear how the finalists answered questions when they were interviewed by the Commission yesterday.
The three finalists are: Tippecanoe Superior Court Judge Loretta Rush, Hamilton Superior Court Judge Steven Nation and Indianapolis attorney Geoffrey Slaughter.
