Daniels Appoints Pyle To Court Of Appeals
Gov. Mitch Daniels appointed Madison Circuit Court Judge Rudolph Pyle, III to the Indiana Court of Appeals today, replacing retiring Judge Carr Darden. Pyle becomes the first African-American appointed to an appellate court by Daniels, who chose Pyle over two other finalists, Marion Superior Court Judge Robert Altice and Patricia Caress McMath.
