Need A Criminal Case Fixed? Call Paul Page
The IBJ's Cory Schouten has broken another story of how a criminal defendant avoided prosecution in Marion County by calling on Brizzi business partner and criminal defense attorney Paul Page to make a special plea to Brizzi. Brizzi then promptly contacted his deputy prosecutor and ordered him to dismiss the charges against Page's client. Schouten says the message that is being sent loud and clear is that if you want a criminal case fixed in Marion County, then you should call Paul Page.
I hope the citizen Carl Brizzi charged with Voluntary Manslaughter for shooting a criminal committing a felony (theft) in his presence hires Paul Page and pays his legal fees promptly.
ReplyDeleteThen perhaps lunch with Paul Page, Carl Brizzi and the person charged with a crime must have lunch.
...I'm sure after that lunch, Carl Brizzi can be enlightened at the miscarriage of justice in charging that man who did the people of Indianapolis a real favor by increasing the deterrence level of theft through his deed. Carl Brizzi can then order his deputy prosecutor to dismiss the matter in the interest of justice!
Paul Page should pay you for advertising for him, Gary.
ReplyDeleteI am crossing my fingers that Paul Page, or a representative, publicly responds to all these accusations that IBJ and Fox News have provided the citizenry.
ReplyDeleteIBJ now has two icon captions at the top of its header "Latest Carl Brizzi news" and "Latest Tim Durham news."

Nothing like keeping good company, Carlito!
