Brizzi Spokesman Resigns Over DUI

The spokesman for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, Mario Massillamany, announced his resignation from the office today after he was charged with driving under the influence in Hamilton County over the weekend. Police pulled his car over after he was clocked driving 70 miles per hour in a 40-mile an hour speed zone. Massilamany failed several field sobriety tests and refused to submit to a breath test, which under Indiana law means you automatically lose your driver's license for a year. Massilamany is the president of the Hamilton Co. Young Republicans.

  1. Didn't he fail to comply with the Indiana Implied Consent Law as well???

-How can the representative of the Prosecutor knowingly fail to comply with Indiana law and remain on staff?

He did what had to be done. His resignation was in order.

-Now where is Doris Minton-McNeil's resignation? -or "Sweet Pea" Monroe Gray's resignation?

  2. Minton-McNeil was found not guilty. Like it or not, that's the end of the story on that one.

Monroe Gray was never charged, though almost certainly he should have been. That fault though falls on the shoulders' of Republican Prosecutor Brizzi.

  3. Interestingly, according to the original story, Prosecutor Brizzi's office refused to tell the Indpls Star what Massillamani's salary had been...

  4. Interestingly, I wonder how much Comrade Andre Carson pays his crony's???

-And just why did he vote against the will of Indianapolis?

  5. Does anyone know why Doris Minton-McNeil & "Sweet Pea" Monroe Gray have failed to resign for corruption/incompetence, and malfeasance???

    Corruption is as corruptino does...

  6. I sure hope that Mario gets some help for his drinking. Channel 59 reported that he was so intoxicated, that he was even speed driving on the wrong side of the street. If that is true, we are lucky that he did not have an accident.

  7. The Fishers Town Council had some bad luck with timing in their latest propaganda, er, info mailing that bragged on Massillamani as a model Fishers citizen. Oops.

  8. INdy4U2C...besides being inaccurate on your info re: Andre Carson...the correct word usage would be cronies not Crony's ....you seem to have a fixation on the Carsons.

  9. indy4U2C. You need to familiarize yourself with the word "projection". Most cops and FBI agents are republicans. If the democrats were as corrupt as republicans here, then the jails would be chock full.
