Apparently Public Safety is taking a back seat here to Construction of unwanted bike lanes, unwanted Cricket field, luxury condos for the rich on the MSA site instead of a Criminal Justice Center, and an unwanted Indy Connect mass transit system, equal to Manhattan! <br /><br />-Well, we are not as densely populated as Manhattan, don't have that kind of population, and Hoosiers like to drive their own cars for convenience. <br /><br />Public Safety is deteriorating in this city....and construction of unwanted capital improvements is increasing. TAX AND SPEND seems to be the credo. But, did anyone else think....whose pockets & relatives are being lined by those contracts.
