The citizens of Marion County don't need to be fleeced to the tune of several billion dollars. If sewer and water rates keep increasing it will turn the inner city into a bigger waste land then it already is. If only they would have done the right thing and put the water company under the gas company trust there would have million of dollars and jobs that would have been saved. Lets truly hope the politicians don't make the same mistakes.
