The council candidate races trended with the mayoral election four years ago with the exception of one of the at-large seats. That's pretty much been the rule since Uni-Gov was implemented.Gary R. The Libertarian will get 3% of the vote. Whichever party wins the mayor's race will control the council by roughly the same margin as the Republicans currently control the council.
