The same rule should apply to the law firms that double and triple bill government agencies to recoup the large campaign contributions they make to win the no-bid contract work. Gary R. The best part is they go work for a connected consultants doing the exact same job while the consultant bills the state 3-6 times the hourly rate Indot used to pay the employee directly.
