A higher profile public person has a much greater impact with their words than a private attorney in a private communication, which nobody would have even known about had the person complaining not made it public.Gary R. I really wouldn't want Gov. Daniels to be disciplined for his speech. It's protected attorney free speech under US Supreme Court precedent. But you're exactly right...his speech which was public actually could fall under Rule 8.2.
