Please tell me you are kidding. That goes to the very heart of one's fitness for office. I would add that he was 25when these events happened (and the professional license was later), not some teenager.<br /><br />What mitigates against this though is that is now almost 30 years old - ancient history. Those poor folks can't afford six figure legal bills from Barnes & Thornburg and other big law firms. There is no reason for Southport to pay inflated legal fees to these firms when smaller firms will produce the same or better legal work while billng much more reasonably.Paul K.
