If he preceives that Obama is not in fact a citzen and should not be president or commander in chief then he is doing his duty to the United States by pressing for validity of Obama's presidency. I commend him for his service, and unless you have been a service member and subjected yourself to the life threatening situations that come with it, you are not qualified to judge this man. As an African American, I am appauled that this fraud Obama has made it this far. He is not an African American, he is an arrogant African who has stumbled his way into office on a waves of black ignorance. Eventually he will be discovered as the fraud that he is, whether through is lack of citizenship, his socialist policies or his total ineptitude.Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04226797837249291329noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12703782.post-23835655369305186932009-02-24T22:35:00.000-05:002009-02-24T22:35:00.000-05:00Hoax? It's around 40, plus or minus a couple of years.

I agree with Mr. Turley, if in fact this isn't some hoax. Article 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice says:

"Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct."

Maybe Lt.
