But you must not be that excited about it since you are insisiting on detracting from its significance by changing the topic.

Second, the statue of limitations is typically much more flexible when the person being charged made efforts to conceal the crime. And I'm not sure how you can say this is a political prosecution--a kid died because of a case worker's negligence. Are you saying we shouldn't hold people accountable in this sort of situation?

This move by the Court of Appeals is really just an effort to push a case that is a slightly new situtation to the State Supreme Court to establish strong precedence.

So stop your belly aching and be excited about this huge step for same sex couples.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12703782.post-1144980123975276282006-04-13T21:02:00.000-05:002006-04-13T21:02:00.000-05:00GOod work posting this case, which has a very good...GOod work posting this case, which has a very good outcome in my mind.

On another recent case, why didnt AI know about the case also today where the court of appeals overturned the clearly political prosecution of a caseworker at fssa? This was a typical Brizzi-esque totally political, not well thought out effort where he put himself on tv every second he got when he was prosecuting the case. Now, that he lost on appeal(in part due to something as basic as not knowing the statute of limitations) he's nowhere to be found. Typical no-show if it's bad media for him versus his normal desparate attempts to be on tv even if he has no substance (which is most of the time).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
