Jim Irsay At His Finest
Now that it doesn't make any difference, the Carmel Police Department has released the dash cam video taken from the arresting police officer's car the night Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substances. It confirms the police officer had probable cause for arresting Irsay, who was clearly a danger not only to himself but anyone else with whom he came in contact while operating his vehicle. One can only surmise why the release of the video only came after Irsay got a sweetheart plea bargain agreement with the Hamilton Co. Prosecutor's Office reserved for the elites who run afoul of that law in that county.
UPDATE: Check out this lengthy story on ESPN, "The Shadow Life of Jim Irsay." It looks like the Indianapolis Star barely scratched the surface when it discussed Irsay's relationship with Kimberly Wundrum, his on-again, off-again girlfriend of many years, who allegedly died of a drug overdose after Irsay sought to distance himself from her only days before Irsay's own arrest. Wundrum was living in a townhouse Irsay had purchased for her, one of three houses he purchased for her during his several year relationship with her. The detailed report paints a very ugly picture of Irsay.
I thought the same thing when this footage was released... "why???" The only thing I could surmise was that we the unwashed masses are being taught that in Indiana the rule is "different justice for different people". One Irsay special treatment after another- whether it is our tax dollars for billionaires or slaps on the wrist via political/money connections- I remained thoroughly amazed that anyone anywhere would go [or even tune in] to a Colts game, buy Colts apparel or Colts anything, attend Lucas Oil Stadium for any event, and steadfastly support such dysfunction.
ReplyDeleteand Jim doesn't think he has a problem? maybe he can watch this then go tweet about it.
ReplyDeleteI am just happy the police took this menace off the streets that night. If he killed someone driving like that jimmy boy would have walked like he did on this.
